Returns
We accept returns only in the following circumstances:
The product was damaged during transit.
The product is defective upon arrival.
Please note: We do not accept any returns for products that are not damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging.
You must return the product within 7 days of receiving the product.
How to Initiate a Return
If you have received a damaged product, please follow these steps:
Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging.
Wait for our confirmation before shipping the product back.
Once your return is approved, we will notify you and provide instructions for returning the product. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be covered by us only if the product is confirmed as damaged or defective.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products that are not damaged or defective.
Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
